Order Policy

Order deadline – Monday by 12pm. After that, your order will be made and delivered the following week. You can order the following ways:

If you’re a local business, near our facility in Manhattan, Staten Island, Brooklyn, Jersey City or Hoboken, we’ll deliver for free on orders of $100 or more.

IMPORTANT –
Currently, we make and ship on a weekly rolling cadence.

We can only ship out Thursday and Friday. Cutoff for orders to be shipped same-week is Monday by Noon ET.

Bad weather may slow things down.

Orders can take up to 1 week to prepare, given inventory, aging, drying of the cheese, etc.

Once your order is made, shipping takes up to 2 days via USPS 3 day with proper refrigerated packaging. We currently ship to the Tri-State area, and PA and VA. Please contact info@tryche.com for shipping solutions if you are outside this range or want your order shipped faster.

RATES –
Our shipping rates are based on weight and shipment destination (utilizing USPS). The number of items in your order will impact the shipping rate which typically can range.

RECEIVING –
Our products are packed with the utmost care and attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery to guarantee packaging and product quality. If in doubt, we encourage orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address. FedEx will not require a signature upon delivery and will leave the package on your doorstep if you are not home to receive it. To enjoy the full freshness and flavor of our products we recommend refrigerating the products immediately.

RETURNS –
All food sales are final. Che Artisan LLC is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number and email address. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes.
