Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT –
Currently we make and ship on a weekly rolling cadence.

We make it Sundays Monday and Tuesdays ship Wednesday and the items should arrive by Friday.

Order deadline for same-week delivery is Sunday at 12:00PM Eastern Time. GET YOUR ORDERS IN BY SUNDAY!

Any orders received after that will be in queue to ship in the order they are received the following week.

We only ship in the contiguous 48 states of the USA.

Shipping takes 2 days.

RATES –
Our shipping rates are based on weight and shipment destination (utilizing FedEx shipping). The number of items in your order will impact the shipping rate which typically can range.

TRACKING –
Customers will be notified via email when items have been shipped and will be provided a FedEx tracking number. We track all of our shipments throughout the day to ensure a timely delivery.

RECEIVING –
Our products are packed with the utmost care and attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery to guarantee packaging and product quality. If in doubt, we encourage orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address. FedEx will not require a signature upon delivery and will leave the package on your doorstep if you are not home to receive it. To enjoy the full freshness and flavor of our products we recommend refrigerating the products immediately.

RETURNS –
All food sales are final. Che Artisan LLC is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number and email address. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes.

INTERNATIONAL –
Currently we do not ship outside of the 48 Contiguous United States.
